They were very pleasant in the ordering phase, but wanted a 50% deposit I negotiated it down to 25%. Even then a risk of $6K being exposed for 4 weeks before we needed the furniture. Then they want the balance $18K before the order was delivered even though their Invoice says COD.
As they had me over a barrel I paid in advance.
I needed additional furniture but not from them I went to a competitor and they delivered without a deposit and without payment I will need another $2K more of furniture but you guessed it, it won't be by Rose.
If you deal with them watch their credit policy.
