The opportunity to benefit from an owner-operator interaction in a paint store is becoming a thing of the past, unfortunately, given the unstoppable expansion of the retail chain stores. So it was a real highlight to meet Peter Funnell. He owns it and runs it. His knowledge is deep, and he shares what he knows in a very friendly and helpful way. I had an issue with trying to get undercoat to stick to a particular surface, and he knew the way to solve the problem. His solution was not one that I had thought of, and it worked. I have returned a number of times since, and the experience has been extremely positive each time that I have been there. Highly recommended. Well done.
